AIE San Franciso Study Trip

AIE San Francisco Study Tour - March 27th - 31st, 2017

Sogeti has the pleasure to invite you to the Applied Innovation Exchange Center in San Francisco, March 27-31.

During this study trip we will dive into the theme of the Unorganization, a new growth model to leverage digital disruption.

We’ll elaborate on growth scenarios which are each other’s opposites: limited versus unlimited, managed versus unmanaged, egosystem versus ecosystem, silos versus platforms, purposeless versus purpose driven.

Organizations should take more advantage of the new economic growth engines. This AIE visit aims to provide guidance to achieve this.

Five key pillars which help organizations to move forward will be addressed during the San Francisco visit:

1. Understand the new engines of growth

2. Unorganize existing management

3. Unbundle business processes

4. Unman the autonomous organization

5. Unleash imaginative and real boundaries

We are looking forward to welcoming you to this unique event.

Let us inspire you on how the Unorganization can monetize on the new economic wave!
