Capgemini Belgium certified as one of the Top Employers België/Belgique 2022 for the 18th year in a row!

Diegem, January 21, 2022 – Capgemini Belgium is proud to announce that it has been officially certified by the Top Employers Institute for its exceptional employee offerings. It is the 18^th year in a row that Capgemini Belgium has received this certification (the only Belgian company to achieve this) and Capgemini also receives the regional certification for Europe.

Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers 6 HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion and more.
