Being certified as a Top Employer showcases our organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers 6 HR domains consisting of 20 topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion and more.
Maarten Jacobs, HR Director at Capgemini Belgium spoke further on what it means to be a Top Employer, saying: “Being certified for the 17th consecutive year confirms our employee-focused approach works. This recertification is a true validation for all our employees who work hard every day to put our Capgemini values into practice. By taking part in the Top Employers Institute program we constantly challenge ourselves to reinvent and allow our employees to get the future they want.”
Top Employers Institute CEO David Plink says: “Despite the challenging year we have experienced (which has certainly made an impact on organisations around the globe), Capgemini Belgium has continued to demonstrate the power of putting their people first in the workplace. We are proud to share this year’s announcement and congratulate the organisations who have been certified in their respective countries through the Top Employers Institute programme.”
The programme has certified and recognised more than 1 600 Top Employers in 120 countries/regions across five continents.
