HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partners are key figures in the continuity of our growth. As an HRBP you offer support in the different fields of HR and you are a contact point for executives and employees. You guide our managers in coaching and monitoring their employees.

Your tasks will encompass:

1. Giving HR support to the business on topics including:

❏        The performance evaluation process

❏        Recruitment, on- and off boarding

❏        All HR-related topics


2. HR Projects and processes, including:

❏        Counsellorship

❏        Roundtables

❏        Talent management

❏        Learning & Development


3. Employee relationships: being a SPOC for employees for HR-related questions



❏        You have a positive, hands-on mindset and you are always looking for improvement

❏        You have great people and communication skills

❏        Passion for HR is a must, HR experience is a plus

❏        You speak Dutch, French and English

❏        You are a change ambassador, with a flexible and adaptable personality

❏        You ‘dare to disrupt’ with fresh ideas to improve any HR areas
