We are looking for a Specialized Sales to support our Belgian Testing Practice.

Your main objective is to spot interesting testing opportunities. As sales you are the middle man between Sogeti, our clients and our test consultants. As business developer you actively search for new clients and expand our activities within the existing clients.

You visit clients and prospects, analyze their business needs and propose to them the appropriate testing services and solutions. It is your responsibility to properly follow-up these opportunities. You introduce our test consultants and project teams to your clients and look after the ongoing assignments and projects.

You report to our Head Business Development Manager, who will introduce and coach you in making a success of your job. You will closely collaborate with the other account executives and business developers, the Operations Manager (OM) and Expert Leader (EL) of the Testing Practice. We are confident that you will soon manage independently some important clients.

For this function we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, professional appearance and commercial feeling and flair.


You have good knowledge and experience within the domain of testing and are familiar with the IT consultancy world.

It is an asset if you have experience in executing assignments involving specialized testing services (e.g. test automation, performance testing,…).  You are ready to expand or deepen your knowledge through specialized literature, training,…

Have you had some first successes in selling testing or other IT services? Great!

You enjoy expanding, developing and maintaining your professional network in an enthusiastic way.

You succeed in building a long term relationship with your clients and prospects. You are capable to understand their needs and find (creative) solutions. Empathy and excellent listening skills are key competencies to obtain this.

As well T&M assignments as the offering of testing services and solutions do not have any secrets for you. Your professional attitude guarantees a solid follow-up of the ongoing assignments and projects.

You are an engaged and enthusiastic team player who succeeds – in collaboration with your colleagues – to obtain commercial successes.

As a people manager you love working with people and manage to keep our consultants motivated to deliver a qualitative service. You assist – together the OM and EL – the consultants during the execution of their assignment.

You can express yourself in Dutch, French and English.
